Easy Come, Easy Go

"The Price of Anything Is The Amount of Life You Exchange For It "

-Henry David Thorough

"Easy Come. Easy Go" is an expression that was common in my childhood. "If you didn't earn it, how could you truly value and keep it?" And unless you value something, how do you create connection, respect, fulfillment, accomplishment, and honour? How do you invest your energy in keeping and protecting something that you never understood was important in the first place?

It is often said that the lessons of generations go in cycles. . . hardships lead to creating ease for the next generation. . . too much ease leads to loss of identity and value. . . loss of value leads to denial of consequences, cause-and-effect. . . denial of responsibility leads to decline and eventually "starting over" through hardship.

Take a moment today, to think about the amount of life you have exchanged for something. What do you consider the price of it?

How much is it worth to you. . . how much time, energy, money would you invest to honour, defend, keep it?

If you are interested in getting to the next level of your own strength and freedom. . . in mastering your inner power so you can create lasting self-empowerment, and break the cycles of past generations. . . you don't have to do it alone, I am here to support you with H.E.L.P. . . Health, Energy and Lasting Power!
